Phase 1 over 60% SOLD!

It's been a busy month at Winchester! The birds are singing, grass is growing in the brand new park and townhomes are being built at a quick and steady pace. The goal of this blog is to keep you up-to-date on news and events in and around the site and Murrayville when you aren't around to witness the changes for yourself. One thing is for certain, now that Phase 1 is over 60% sold, we need to keep building! For those who can't wait, you'll be pleased to know that we have homes that are available for occupancy in late June and early July! This means that you can start BBQing on our new balcony sooner, watching the dog enjoy his brand new yard sooner and getting the kids settled in their own rooms sooner - or at least before the craziness of the school season begins.
